Box Score ELGIN, Ill. -- The Indiana University Northwest women's basketball team lost their second game in a row as the RedHawks fell to Judson, 55-42, Saturday.

QUARTER BREAKDOWN
FIRST QUARTER (IU Northwest 9, Judson 5)
- Both teams struggled to score in the early going as Judson led 5-2 with 4:48 to play.
- IU Northwest would score the last seven points of the quarter which gave the RedHawks a 9-5 lead.
- Desa Geisler tied the score at 5-all after knocking down a three-pointer.
- Samantha Martin gave IU Northwest the lead at 7-5 with 2:13 to play in the opening quarter.
- Geisler made a layup with 31 seconds left to give IU Northwest a 9-5 lead as the first period ended.
SECOND QUARTER (Judson 20, IU Northwest 19)
- Geisler opened up the second quarter with a layup to give IUN an 11-5 lead.
- Jessy Siems knocked down a pair at the line to make it 13-5 but then here came Judson.
- The Eagles scored 11 unanswered to grab a 16-13 lead with 3:57 to go before the break.
- Meghan Long was able to tie it right back up as she hit a three-pointer.
- Both teams traded the next two baskets which made it 18-all with 3:05 until the break.
- Judson had the last basket of the first half with 29 seconds left which made it 20-18.
- Samantha Martin split a pair at the line right before the half as the Eagles took a 20-19 lead into the break.
THIRD QUARTER (Judson 35, IU Northwest 28)
- Boles started the scoring in the second half after knocking down free throws to give IU Northwest a 21-20 lead.
- The quarter completely shifted Judson's way as the Eagles scored 10 in a row to capture an 30-21 advantage with 5:09 left in the third.
- Lauren Smolen ended the drought with a layup which made it 30-23.
- Sydney Van Meter got the RedHawks right back in the game after nailing a three-pointer which made it 30-26 with 2:51 to play in the third period.
- Judson had the answer, going on a 5-2 run to close out the quarter.
FOURTH QUARTER (Judson 55, IU Northwest 42)
- Both teams were scoreless in the first two and a half minutes of the fourth before Judson hit a three-pointer to grab a double-digit lead.
- Van Meter and Boles answered right back with trifectas of their own to make it 39-36 Judson.
- Judson would get a three back then Boles went on the other end and nailed one from downtown as well.
- That was the closest IU Northwest would get as Judson outscored the RedHawks 13-3 the rest of the game.
- The Eagles won the game 55-42.
