GARY, Ind. — IU Northwest men's and women's cross country programs have released their fall 2025 schedules, featuring a competitive seven-meet lineup across the Midwest as the RedHawks prepare for a pivotal season in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC).
Led by first-year head coach Brittany Dickerson, the RedHawks will travel exclusively this fall, competing at established regional invitationals and conference showcases that provide opportunities for growth, testing, and postseason potential.
"I am incredibly excited for these opportunities to compete this fall," Dickerson said. "Our team has been working hard this summer, and I am looking forward to how that summer work translates on the course. A meet we are particularly excited for would be the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge in October, and of course our Chicagoland Conference meet at the end of the season. These will be great opportunities for our students to test their fitness in a competitive field of athletes from across the country."
The season opens on Aug. 29 at the Pat Thomas Invite in Richmond, Indiana, followed by meets at IWU, Concordia-Wisconsin, Beloit, and Bethel University throughout September and October. The RedHawks will then head to Michigan for the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge on Oct. 25 before closing out the regular season at the CCAC Championships on Nov. 8 in Bourbonnais, Illinois.
The RedHawks will travel to all venues, coordinating logistics across Northern Indiana and the surrounding region. These events prepare both squads for potential advancement to NAIA regional qualifiers and the NAIA Cross Country National Championships.
