GARY, Ind. — The Indiana University Northwest men's and women's cross country programs have announced their 2026 fall schedules, featuring a competitive seven-meet slate across the Midwest as the RedHawks prepare for another season of Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) competition.
The 2026 schedule includes a mix of established invitationals and championship meets, providing both squads with opportunities to compete against strong regional competition while preparing for the postseason.
The RedHawks open the season on Sept. 4 at the St. Francis Twilight, hosted by the University of St. Francis in Channahon, Illinois. One week later, IU Northwest travels to Mequon, Wisconsin, for the Ken Weidt Classic, hosted by Concordia University Wisconsin.
Conference competition continues Sept. 18 as the RedHawks compete at the ONU Midwest Classic, hosted by Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois, before making the trip to Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for the Seminole Valley Stampede, hosted by Mount Mercy University, on Oct. 3.
The final regular-season tune-up comes on Oct. 16 at the Bradley Pink Classic in Peoria, Illinois, hosted by Bradley University. IU Northwest then heads to Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Oct. 24 for the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge, hosted by Aquinas College, one of the premier meets on the schedule and a key preparation for the conference championship.
The RedHawks conclude the season on Nov. 7 at the CCAC Championships, hosted by the University of St. Francis in Channahon, Illinois.
