UNIVERSITY PARK, Ill. – RedHawks Women's Volleyball fresh on consecutive CCAC victories invaded University Park, Ill. To face the Governors State Jaguars seeking their third straight win. IU Northwest dropped a competitive first set, however rallied to win the next three to earn a 3-1 (22-25, 25-19, 25-16, 25-17) win.
It was the third straight conference win for the RedHawks who improved to 4-3 in conference play with their second win in the past three days. IU Northwest was led once again by senior
Erica Packwood who notched her second consecutive triple double with 13 kills, 17 assists and 13 digs.
Senior
Briah Strezo was also impactful adding 12 kills to go with 16 digs.
Jaelyn Donald added 9 kills and
Chloe Roberts added 9 digs.
Karly Jevert led IUN with 3 blocks.
The RedHawks improved to 11-12 overall and are remain in 5
th place in the CCAC standings. They continue their busy week as they travel to Chicago, Ill. this Saturday for their third match of the week when they take on the Saint Xavier Cougars with a 12 p.m. first serve.
