FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Indiana University Northwest volleyball team struggled in its evening match against No. 21 Marian, as the Knights were winners in straight sets (8-25, 11-25, 11-25) in the Friday finale of the OnSet Tournament.
 
The RedHawks, who are 0-2 in 2023 look to bounce back Saturday morning against 12^th ranked Taylor at 11 a.m. (EDT).
 
An offensive rhythm was tough to find for IUN as Marian was able counter the RedHawk attack in the opening two sets. IUN was able to find some footing in the final stanza as Chloe Roberts, Briah Strezo and Julianna Picicco each scored points early.
 
Marian, however had another long run-in store and shut down the IUN offensive threat with a 10-0 back breaking swing.
