- Moments later, the RedHawks stretched out their lead to 14-9.
- The RedHawks made it 22-19 late in the second set before the Trolls scored three in a row to tie it at 22-all.
- IU Northwest won the second set, 25-23, to tie it at 1-1.
SET 3: Trinity Christian 25, IU Northwest 18
- Trinity Christian led 5-1 early for another early advantage like the second set.
- This time the Trolls did not give up that lead.
- IU Northwest made it to 6-3 but that was the closest it would get.
- The Trolls extended their lead to 21-7 late in the third set.
- The RedHawks tried to fight back into the set after going on a 10-1 rally but it was too late.
- TCC scored the last three points of the set to win the third set 25-18.
SET 4: Trinity Christian 25, IU Northwest 16
- IU Northwest looked to tie the match at 2-2 to force a fifth set.
- Both teams went back-and-forth for most of the beginning of the set.
- The RedHawks led 12-11 midway through the set then Trinity Christian went on a 9-1 run to grab a 20-13 lead.
- Trinity Christian held onto a huge margin the rest of the fourth set and won it 25-16.
