Eric Roldan enters his first season as assistant coach for the IU Northwest RedHawks. Roldan is currently a graduate student at IU Northwest pursuing an MBA. He is a recent graduate of Trine University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and a major in Sport Management and a minor in Marketing.

Roldan is a former player of Heridia’s at Bishop Noll Institute. He was a part of the winningest class in school history winning multiple conference championships, conference tournament championships, and 2011 state runner-up. 

Roldan interned with the NBA D-League Fort Wayne Mad Ants, Indiana Pacers’ affiliate, within their game day operations, marketing and ticket sales departments during the 2014-2015 season. Since those achievements, he has coached and assisted at the middle school and high school levels in Northwest and Northeast Indiana during his time at Trine.
