The IU Northwest men's basketball team has announced its 2025-26 schedule, featuring a 26-game slate highlighted by the RedHawk Classic, key conference matchups, and a balanced mix of home and road contests. The RedHawks, led by 9th-year head coach Javier Heridia, aim to build momentum in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) and return to the NAIA National Tournament.

The season begins with an exhibition scrimmage Oct. 24 vs. Marian-Ancilla College. The RedHawks then host their own tournament, the RedHawk Classic, Nov. 7-8 at the Savannah Center, welcoming Saint Mary-of-the-Woods and Indiana University Columbus.

The RedHawks' schedule includes 12 home and 14 road games, testing the team across a competitive nonconference and CCAC slate. The home season will also feature special events, including the annual Toys for Tots Drive from Nov. 22–Dec. 6 and Senior Night on Feb. 7.

IU Northwest will close the regular season on the road at Olivet Nazarene University on Feb. 21 in Bourbonnais, Ill., before turning its attention to the CCAC Tournament, which begins Feb. 23 at sites determined by seeding.

"We're excited to challenge ourselves against a strong variety of opponents this season," Heridia said. "Hosting our own classic at the start of the year is a great opportunity to showcase our program and set the tone. I'm looking forward to seeing how our returners and newcomers come together as we push toward conference play."

All IU Northwest home games will be broadcast live on JED TV. Season tickets will be available for purchase at the ticket booth.
