ELGIN, Ill. – Indiana Northwest put on an offensive showcase Wednesday night, cruising to a 99-68 road win over Judson at the Lindner Fitness Center. The RedHawks shot a blistering 57.4% from the field en route to their 19th win of the season, improving to 19-6 overall and 13-4 in Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) play. Judson dropped to 5-20 (2-15 CCAC).
Indiana Northwest wasted no time seizing control, pouring in 53 first-half points on 63.6% shooting. The RedHawks jumped out to a 23-point halftime lead and never looked back, extending their advantage to as many as 39 points late in the second half.
Trace Williams led a balanced scoring attack with 18 points on an efficient 7-of-10 shooting while dishing out seven assists. Caleb Jenkins added 17 points, knocking down three of his five three-point attempts. Anthony Taylor chipped in 15 points and five rebounds, while Dannie Smith recorded a double-double with 13 points, 14 rebounds, and seven assists. Ladaion Barnes provided a spark off the bench, contributing 14 points on 6-of-10 shooting.
The RedHawks dominated in multiple facets, outscoring Judson 50-26 in the paint and scoring 24 points off turnovers. Their efficient offensive performance included a 43.5% (10-of-23) mark from beyond the arc and an impressive 91.7% (11-of-12) from the free-throw line.
