GARY, Ind. – The Indiana University Northwest men's and women's basketball teams return home Wednesday to host Judson but hit the road Saturday for the conference clash at St. Ambrose.

Men's Basketball
The RedHawks are going for nine straight victories Wednesday and a season sweep of Judson. In the previous meeting with the Eagles, IUN was a 91-62 winner and got a team-high 19 points from
Jalen Houston, while
Dannie Smith scored 18 and pulled down seven rebounds.
Over the last eight contests, Smith is pacing the offense at 17.4 points per game and has been grabbing nearly nine boards.
Anthony Taylor is averaging almost 12 points and eight rebounds since Jan. 20.
IUN is currently third in the CCAC standings a game behind second place IU South Bend, while Roosevelt is three ahead. Judson, meanwhile, is a three-way tie for fifth place with Saint Xavier and St. Ambrose.
Women's Basketball
The fifth place RedHawks who secured a spot in the upcoming CCAC Tournament with a pair of wins last week are now looking to lock up their seeding. IUN is tied for with Holy Cross with the Saints playing Olivet Nazarene Wednesday.
Since Jan. 10, IUN is 6-4 and averaging 71 points per game and giving up just over 60 a contest. The RedHawks are also out rebounding foes 43-37 and forcing almost 18 turnovers per game.
Individually,
Jessica Carrothers leads the CCAC in scoring (26.4) and three-point field goal percentage (47.1).
Tiara Jackson tops the league in rebounds per game (11.1) and she is sixth in total blocks as she has swatted 26.
