Freshman goalkeeper Jared Hecimovich turned away 13 Forester shots including several spectacular saves.
"We have a very young team and our guys really competed today against a traditionally strong program. Along with Jared in goal, our back line defense anchored by Dominic Bixeman and Omar Meheisen was impressive. Freshman Antonio Zamudio also had a strong effort in his first collegiate start. We're making progress as a team," said Head Coach Ryan Shelton.
