- Avoine Lane went on the attack early in the first half in the third minute but his shot was saved.
- IU Northwest looked to go on the scoreboard again in the 32nd minute as Angel Cedillo went on the attack but his shot was saved.
- Judah Sadlowski recorded a shot in the 38th minute but it went wide.
- Calumet College got on the scoreboard first after finding the back of the net in the 40th minute.

- Vitaliy Prots went on the attack in the 51st minute but his shot went high.
- Lane went on the attack again in the 65th minute but Calumet College goalie was there with the save.
