- TIU scored in the fifth minute to grab a 1-0 lead.
- The Trojans doubled their lead with a goal in the 17th minute.
- A few minutes later, Trinity International made it 3-0 with a goal.
- A goal in the 31st minute made it 4-0 TIU.

- IU Northwest was able to find the back of the net in the 62nd minute after MacKenzie Rainwater went on the attack and recorded a goal.
- Rainwater wasted no time going back on the attack again but the goalkeeper was right there with a save.
- TIU made it 7-1 after scoring in the 82nd minute.
- The Trojans finalized the scoring a minute later as they made it 8-1 in the 83rd minute.
