1st Half (IU Northwest 46, CCSJ 23)
- Calumet College led 5-3 in the early stages of the game.
- IU Northwest would score the next 10 points capped off by a three-pointer by Marshaud Watkins, which made it 13-5.
- CCSJ cut it to five (16-11) but that was the closest the Crimson Wave got the rest of the first half.
- Larry Lynch started the IU Northwest run after making back-to-back buckets.
- Later in the half, Jared Johnson gave the RedHawks their biggest lead of the half after making a basket which made it 39-14 with 4:34 left.
- Calumet cut it to 18 then the RedHawks scored the last five points of the half including a three-pointer by Martrellian Gibson.
2nd Half (IU Northwest 33, CCSJ 32)
- Both teams were close to be evenly matched for points in the half but IU Northwest had a big lead heading into the frame anyway.
- Gibson started the second half the same way he ended the first and that was with a three-pointer to make it a 26-point lead.
- Damond Crosby made a basket after CCSJ looked to make a run.
- Ryan LaFollette gave the RedHawks their biggest lead of the night with a bucket which made it 79-46 with 2:36 left in the game.
- CCSJ scored the last 12 points of the game as IU Northwest won 79-55.
